Protected access
Short-lived codes and attempt limits protect the customer login flow.
A clearer customer experience
Clients verify their document email with a one-time code, then see a dashboard and separate company tabs for the invoices and quotations issued to them.
What it includes
This capability works with the platform's current records and controls rather than creating a disconnected process.
Short-lived codes and attempt limits protect the customer login flow.
Keep each service provider and its documents clearly separated.
Open the existing responsive invoice and quotation presentations.
Use the same client portal comfortably on desktop or mobile.
Practical by design
The portal groups records from multiple QuickBill businesses without exposing private provider dashboards. Draft documents are excluded and every public document action uses the existing secure renderer.
A short-lived code confirms access to the email used on the documents.
Invoices and quotations are grouped under each issuing QuickBill business.
See linked companies, document counts and outstanding invoice balances.
Business dashboards, drafts and unrelated customer documents remain inaccessible.
How it works
QuickBill keeps common actions clear on mobile and desktop.
Open QuickBill login and select the Client option.
Receive and enter the six-digit one-time login code.
Open the relevant service provider tab.
Open the intended invoice or quotation securely.
