What businesses and clients should know

Is the business card included in QuickBill?

Yes. Every account has a card. The assistant's replies are paid from AI credit, a Rand balance shared with Bill AI.

What does the assistant cost to run?

Each reply is deducted from your AI credit according to how much work it took. A typical reply costs well under R1.

Can the assistant take orders?

Yes. It puts the items a visitor chooses into your catalogue cart, and the order arrives in QuickBill like any other.

I used the KNVS Assistant. What happens to my card?

KNVS Assistant accounts move into QuickBill with their card, and old assistant.knvs.co.za links forward to the new card.
